Tanks are often operated under severe weather and harsh battlefield conditions. However, as a weapon, tanks need very careful maintenance. German tank crews took care of their limited tanks very well. In response to the severe weather during long distance transportation, they would cover the whole turret with a canvas.
Now MENG releases this SPS-059 German Medium Tank Sd.Kfz.171 Panther Ausf.D Turret (Travel Mode) resin kit. The turret and barrel are covered by canvas. The texture designed by digital sculpting looks very natural. You can use it on MENG TS-038 German Medium Tank Sd.Kfz.171 Panther Ausf.D to get a unique Panther Ausf.D in the travel mode.
