How to order RC-item?

Are you looking for a new RC car? Are you perhaps a beginner? Or are you seeking a more powerful engine, body, or even tires for your existing car? You've come to the right place because we have the widest range of RC products in Finland.

RC Car Racing: RC cars are radio-controlled miniature cars. We sell high-quality cars for which spare parts are usually readily available. But do RC cars withstand high power and collisions like you see in videos? No, in those videos, professionals drive the cars, and they know how to land properly. RC cars can break, and part of the hobby is repairing them. This provides a great opportunity to learn both manual skills and technical knowledge. What kind of warranty do RC cars have? Manufacturer's defect warranty, which does not cover labor. So, if an RC car breaks, the hobbyist must replace the broken part themselves. How much does a good RC car cost? Typically, good RC car packages cost €300 and upwards. You might find some below that price, but usually, the spare parts service and durability do not match the level of a high-quality RC car.

RC Cars: When choosing an RC car, it's advisable to read information about different manufacturers. This will give you an idea of what might be the right choice. You can also read the article "Suitable RC Car for Beginners."

Motor: If you are purchasing just a motor, check compatibility with your old controller. Firstly, ensure that your car's controller can handle the new motor. If you're looking for a brushless motor, check whether the old motor has a sensor or not. If you want to upgrade from an old brushed motor to a more powerful brushless one, see the "Combo" section for a suitable package. If you're seeking more power, you also need to check the power output of the old batteries. If you need assistance with your choice, please contact customer service.

Controller: Check the following: Sufficient power output for the motor, whether it's brushless/brushed, whether it's sensorless/sensored.

Bodies and Paints: Use the feature function to ensure you know which category your car belongs to (1/10 buggy, Short Course, Monster…). Choose the correct feature, and browse through different options. Even if the right category is found, we still cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Sometimes, modifications may be necessary, such as extending body posts. RC car bodies are always painted from the inside. Use the suitable paint available from us; paints for full-scale cars won't stick to RC car body surfaces. If you buy metallic colors, also buy white or silver as a final cover or protective color. If you need more information, please contact customer service.

Tires and Wheels: This can sometimes be tricky, but usually, there's a suitable option from the wide range available. Use the feature function. Pay attention to the correct size, wheel attachment (e.g., 12mm, 17mm, 23mm hex), and tire tread (suitable for purpose). Also, remember that changing the tire size changes the car's gear ratio; a longer gear ratio may strain the motor. If you need help, please contact customer service.

Choosing an RC car using different filters:
Electric radio-controlled cars are an easier option compared to nitro-powered RC cars. Electric RC cars come in many varieties.

In addition to fast cars, slow crawlers, which travel under 10km/h, have gained popularity, used for driving on forest trails and challenging off-road tracks.

So, it's worth considering carefully the type of terrain you intend to drive your car on.

If you're looking for your first RC car, good starting points for selecting a car include:

Estimated top speed: If the car is for a young driver, what's a suitable speed?

Degree of readiness: Do you want to assemble the car yourself or start driving right away?

Difficulty level: Based on years of experience, we've classified cars into three different groups to give you an idea of their suitability for different users.

Car size: The 1/10 scale is the industry standard, and it's easier to find batteries, servos, tires, etc., for this size. With a 1/24 crawler, you can drive even indoors, creating tracks from cushions and blankets.

As a rule of thumb, the bigger and faster the car, the more space it requires for driving.

If the car will only be driven on flat surfaces (asphalt, carpet, indoor hall), choose an RC car type of Circuit Car, Rally, or Drift.

If the car will be driven in the yard, off-road, or on an off-road track, choose a car type of Buggy, Crawler, Monster/Truggy, Other Off-road Vehicles, or Short Course.
